Las escalas, es un viaje precioso. el servicio de limpieza y camareros bastante atentos
cine no encendido, camarotes ruido maquinas altisimo, espectaculos sin un comico, las campanadas uvas no se oyeron, frio en cubierta pol, cena fin de año normalita, no creo que vuelva a viajar con pullmantur
La atencion del personal. Las ganas de fiesta de todo el mundo. No hemos visto ninguna mala cara. El camarote era algo pequeño y el extractor muyruidoso. Tambien hemos pasado algo de calor.

3. Towels changed regularly is always a positive 1. No staff turned up to "Risky Darts" on pool deck - 28/12 This was very unproffesional
2. Shows were all in Spanish, if theres English on board this should be spoken also, the English guests had to leave the room.
3. Disco always played Spanish music - if we wanted English music we had to ask for it.
4. No cinema existed, if it did no one found it.
5. Absolutely nothing to do on board, only eating & drinking

7. Staff on ship should inform guests approx. prices for taxis taking them out of the port, we were ripped off more than once. ?150 we were charged from port to Tunisia town - a 10 minute drive.
8. In the restaurant the tables seat 8 passengers, there was only our family of 4 on our table, no-one to talk & make friends with. Everybody elses table were full.
9. Although the food in the restaurant was excellent, the courses were very rushed, one straight after the other with no time between.
10. Toilets were broken or overflowing on the lounge deck, lift occasionally didnt work.
11. We were a family of 4 & being told to pay ?65 each for tips is disgusting, this ship & facilities were not worth it, we should be able to choose how much tips we give.
La amabilidad de la tripulación, la variedad de comida y bebida con "el todo incluído" El barco es muy viejo, está bastante hecho polvo y algunas excursiones son demasiado caras para lo que te dan. En las que se puda(casi todas) es mejor ir a su aire
el servicio ,la atencion,y lo muy profecionales, de toda la tripulacion rel mente no hay nada negativo. aprobecho esto para agradecerles asa atencion tan bonita y tan agradable,pues rel mente me he sentido muy bien
la atencion del personal a bordo es digno de admirar tendrian q tener puertos alternativos por si alguno no puede ser arrivado ya sea clima o varios
