The "Hotel" Agusti Bungalows, location ok.
But: 1. suprise: "Agusti Bungalows" is not known in the small Cala Sant Agusti, Formenterra! No sign, nothing! We arrived 1 day earlier and asked by phone for the key, because no service person visible: 2nd surprise: - 2 very uneducated screaming ladies of the local immobiliaria office in San "Fernando" said: "the key for your appt. is here - you have to come (ca. 10 km!) - otherwise you will not get the room!". Thanks for that! Many phonecalls, emails, no key! We had to go by an expensive Taxi to the "Office" next day. No-Service as bad as I never ever had in my life. The bedroom was used, dirty the rooms and not prepared, no fresh towels, no 1 written expanation how the "electronic wonder" in the kitchen is to be used. Really, I will not book again via this agency. Maybe you shoud fire immid. the people (2 spanish/italian "ladies" ) there. Rgds Janete Custodio-Pallmann + Bernhard Pallmann
