The facade is white and grey.The lobby area itself is quite small, but there is plentiful seating in the sizeable atrium.The Clarion Hotel Ernst is a modern first class hotel in the heart of the city centre. The hotel was built in 1858 and has long traditions as a hotel. Each room has a characteristic of its own. Our rooms vary in size furnishing and decorations. Children 12 and under stay free if sharing room with parents or grandparents, when no additional bedding is required. Pet charge: 200 kr per stay. Habitaciones en Clarion Hotel Ernst

The rooms look a little old fashioned, and are decorated in classical style. They are mostly medium to large in size though and in generally good condition. The bathrooms are also in good condition, though overall both rooms and bathrooms would benefit from some modernisation. Some of the rooms overlook the central atrium whilst the rest have views over the quiet streets surrounding the hotel.
