the hotel is good, we went for 2 nights. Yes it's a little bit small, but the price's too, so fair enough. The hotel and the room are cleaned up everyday, but the sheeds smell a little too much vinegar. I highly recommend this hotel for people who just need to sleep somewhere to loose theirselves in Milano. The hotel is not that far from the metro station (5min ) and the way looks safe. Beware of tourist's tax it can be important!!
I'm from Rome and sometimes I go to Milan for 1 night only, to watch my soccer team live. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the stadium. There's been one basic problem, I'll try to be clear: Breakfast is until 10 am and it costs 4 Euros more. I paid for my room upon my arrival and included breakfast in the total amount. I asked a wake up call for 9 am, since there's no alarm in the room. The day after, I woke up at 10:20 by myself. I kept calm, packed and went downstairs to check-out. Their excuse was "we called, no one answered". Now, how superficial could you be to work in such way? What if I had a flight? I'd miss it cause of your shallowness? I work in a hotel in Rome and if someone doesn't answer the phone I personally go knock on his room door. The answer was "Yeah, like I'm gonna wander and knock on people's doors". So I said "At least give me back my 4 Euros, since I haven't been able to have breakfast". Well, they didn't give it back to me. I left saying they were losing a regular customer, they said "OK". Therefore the title: Rude, 'cause you don't treat customers like this. Dumb, 'cause for 4 Euros you're losing a customer.
The location is not bad it is convenient to destinations that I regretted was that because of a poorly understood at 23:30 h I was challenged to a breakfast not included € 3.00, they could wait for the day later to clarify. The room was nice, to go up the elevator to the floors there, but overall I was not hurt.
scelto per il prezzo e la vicinanza siamo stati costretti a lasciarlo per : stanza 3 piano senza ascensore; camera minuscola due letti di cui uno simile a brandina pieghevole; la goccia che ha fatto traboccare il vaso è stata l'arroganza e la maleducazione dell'addetto alla colazione che alla richiesta di altri cornetti caldi ha risposto che non riaccendeva il forno per 2 cornetti! totalmente incapace nel gestire il rapporto con il cliente. decisamente a rischio!
Per colazione merendine, dolci da supermercato fatti a fette (sempre gli stessi), solo i primi a fare colazione hanno tutta la scelta. Stanza all'ultimo piano a 4 piani dalla reception senza ascensore. Ragazzi inesperti al contatto con il pubblico.
