The hotel boasts 468 spaciously furnished guestrooms, of which 18 are suites including the exclusive Executive Nikko Club Floor specially created for the comfort of business travellers. Each room measures more than 42 m² and is luxuriously furnished. Non-smoking floors and rooms for the handicapped are also available. There is also the exclusive Executive Nikko Club: Located from the 24th to the 30th floor, it offers a higher level of personalised services. Some of the privileges include personal butler service, complimentary daily breakfast, pre-dinner cocktails, and dedicated check-in and check-out. All rooms have en suite bathroom, individually adjustable air conditioning, direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, radio, hairdryer, fridge/minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, ironing facilities and a safe.
The hotel offers an outdoor freeform swimming pool and a fitness centre. Guests can experience total revival at the Essentia Spa, designed specifically for total relaxation and complete indulgence.
Café Serena Brasserie is a tropical and friendly café with 168 seats offering a variety of international and local favourites every day alongside a fine view of the lobby waterfall. Buffets are served here for breakfast, lunch and dinner. High tea is also available at weekends. Authentic Japanese cuisine can be found in the Benkay Japanese Restaurant while fine Cantonese and Sichuan specialities are served in the Toh Lee Chinese Restaurant alongside international cuisine.
09/05/2008 - 31/12/2008: A renovation on Rooms, Lift Foyers on all floors will be given a facelift. Other renovation plans in the pipeline include the total refurbishment of the Lobby Lounge (mid-January 2008), Cafe Serena Brasserie (September 2008), Benkay Japanese Restaurant (to commence by February 2008), a new Deli (2nd quarter of 2008) and; the Main Lobby and Reception Area (2nd quarter of 2008). All works will be done by December 2008.
