At the 5th floor of this exclusive building with portier, lift, and internal garden, it offers from its window a beautiful view of Rome. In the Vatican area, it is at 700 metres from the metro station Lepanto, and just a few steps from Piazza Mazzini. It is in an excellent position for tourist: five minutes away to the Tiber River, 5 bus stops (Line 32 and 271) from Saint Peter-Vatican and close to the underground Line A Lepanto station (1 stop to Piazza del Popolo, 2 stops to The Spanish Steps, 3 stops to Trevi Fountain and 5 stops to Termini Station). Three minutes away there is a taxi stand. The apartment is situated in an elegant street which is very quiet at night and lively during the day with a characteristic market and many kinds of shops and services. The flat is on the fifth floor of an elegant 1927 building, with a large courtyard inside, with a caretaker. The apartment is roomy and full of light, recently restored, it is furnished in a young way with some classical elements.
