The Ellington in Berlin is situated pretty central, really close to the "KdW" (the famous "Kaufhaus des Westens"). It has a nice character due to it's Jazz theme and industrial look. This is a nice clean hotel in a very good location. As several people already mentioned the size of the rooms I am going to skip that.
