the apartments in denia are located at the zone of el vergel, a privileged and very calm location with spectacular views to the mountain range of sierra de segária and only 500 till 800 meters from the beach. Our residences are 10 kilometers away from the city centre (denia) with bars, restaurants, pubs, discos, public transportations and a bus station.
the four resorts with 118 houses have recently opened in 2006. All apartments have two (one double bed and two individual beds) or three rooms (one double bed and four individual beds), with two baths, amenities, tv, air conditioning, private terrace and solarium. In addition to that all apartments are with fully equipped kitchen, including washing machine, refrigerator and microwave. The air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom is adjustable.
the outside swimming pool has also one separate children pool, not to forget the area to sunbath in the garden. In addition to that we have also a quiet kids playground and a paddle field.
