Close by, you will find typical Italian restaurants, pizzerias, shops and zozzoni (cheap restaurants serving typical roman food) as well as cinemas and experimental theatres. There are also supermarkets in Viale Trastevere and an open market in Piazza S. Cosimato. If you wish to walk in big green open spaces, you will find in the area the Botanical Gardens, Villa Sciarra and Villa Pamphili. It has excellent connections with other parts of Rome using public transports such as the tram n°8 on Viale Trastevere. You can also enjoy walking along the small cobblestones streets to reach the Pantheon, Piazza Navona or Campo dei Fiori, in a few minutes.
