The building was formerly the head quarters of the Ulster Bank and is a low rise semi classical grey building that was built when Belfast was one of the most prosperous cities in Europe.The lobby is small and very different to the rest of the building as it is more modern in design, slightly dark allowing greater appreciation of the art work highlighted on the walls.The Merchants sets new standards of accommodation and hospitality in Northern Ireland and is comparable with some of the finest boutique hotels in the world. The hotel also holds the Guinness Book of Records for the most expensive cocktail in the world and highlights the unique experience that guests experience when they stay here. SC 08/07

Each of the 26 bedrooms are elegantly and opulently decorated comparable to some of the world's finest city centre luxury hotels. El proceso de reserva es muy simple, sólo tienes que facilitar los datos del titular de la reserva y seleccionar una forma de pago:
Una vez realizado el pago, recibirás un e-mail con el bono de la reserva. Debes imprimir el bono y presentarlo a tu llegada al establecimiento. La reserva ya está realizada y confirmada en el hotel.
