The hotel's staff are warm and friendly. A lobby with 24-hour reception and a currency exchange facility features. There is a bar and restaurant, as well as a laundry service, whilst parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car. There are 443 guest rooms and suites in total.
The hotel is centrally located within the World Square precinct in Sydney central business district. This great location provides guests with easy access to Sydney's major tourist attractions. The hotel enjoys an excellent location for another reason: World Square monorail station is on its doorstep. From there it is just 3 stops to Darling Harbour, the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre, as well as the shopping, dining and entertainment offers available at Cockle Bay Wharf. Central, Town Hall and Museum stations are also within a few minutes walk from the hotel. It is surrounded by taxi ranks and numerous bus stops, from where Fox Studios, Sydney Harbour and a bounty of beaches can be reached. It is about 20 minutes from Sydney Airport.

The elegantly appointed guest rooms feature every convenience that today's discerning traveller has come to expect. All rooms feature individually adjustable air conditioning, opening windows, an en suite bathroom, electronic in-room safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, TV with in-house movies and free cable channels, minibar and tea and coffee making facilities.
