The Villa is situated on a hill overlooking Florence, passing by the church of St. Margherita a Montici and following the road that leads to the Arno. It is about 3 km by walk from Ponte Vecchio, in the center of Florence. A nice walk on foot on the panoramic road through old stone walls and olive groves will take you to the historic center in no time.The Villa, which is in Victorian style and was built at the end of the 19th century, has been recently renovate with a great historical and artistic value, where everything is furnished with the owners very good taste.From the Villas Italian garden, with ancient cypresses and olive trees, you can enjoy a spectacular view of the city of Florence, from the Brunelleschi dome to the bordering grassy hills of the Tuscan countryside.With both luxurious spaces under the sun and comfortable shaded areas, this is an ideal place to relax, read, take in the sunrays or simply enjoy the view and the surrounding nature. In the middle of the vineyards, olive groves, cypresses and pines rise some villas with their colourful gardens, rose-bushes and lemon plants.
