This hotel located in Osasco is good for business trip in the area. If you go for vacation, the hotel doesn't have anything interesting. The lobby is very small, so it is arrive and go to the room. The rooms are large and the quality of the rooms is much better compared with US 3 stars hotels and much cheaper. I booked the hotels for 2 separated nights and it was very cheap booking through the internet. The breakfast is very basic but again, it is better than the coffee and bagels in US. The service was good, no problem with the payment and they were very easy to accommodate a late check-out. I always use this hotel when I am in the area and it is easy to take the freeways from there.

The food was really good, I took one of the suggestions, and it was tasty, and sufficient quantity, price was OK. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good, enough choice, not abundant, but OK. Check out was efficient and fast. Free wifi with good speed. Pool and fitness at roof floor, pool not too small, good for some morning wake up swimming. My room was at 11th floor, 1102, which is the lowest of the hotel (occupying floor 11 - 18, which is the roof floor). it was a corner location, so windows in two corner walls, but at night it was a bit of noise in the street by people passing by, maybe this is less at the higher floors. It had a view on the sun rise for those interested in this kind of things. So I would advise same room number, but on higher floors. Rooms was OK, shower with more water pressure than usual, surely enough space, but no real luxury. Office desk, good chair, so OK. Cleanliness OK. Location was very convenient for me, but not very close to Congonhas or Guarulhos.

“Nice hotel; poor breakfast”

The room is very nice; region around the hotel is not so nice, don't go walking around at night. The restaurant is very nice. Order some pizza, they are very good! Breakfast, however, is very poor! I would recommend going out for breakfast.

I chose this hotel because it was the best hotel I could find based on online reviews near my work location. The inside is solidly average. Bed, desk, safe, bathroom, small sofa, all of which could use an update. The room space and layout would have been nice, but the office chair was cracked with the foam coming out and the carpet was pretty beat down. The lunch buffet was fair (I found better in a mall food court) and the breakfast was average. I didn't see the pool as it rained fairly solidly the 3 days I was here. During the day there were many professionals here, maybe for a conference, as well as other nice looking couples. Everything was clean and comfortable, as someone else stated, but in the end it had a bit of a scuzzy feel. This scuzzy feeling was due to seeing numerous sex workers of both genders a block away from my hotel as I left in my taxi on my way to dinner. This was at 7:30 pm. Also, there were numerous porn channels on the tv, which was, to me, kinda a bummer. I just didn't want to see it when I was flipping channels. I understand this wasn't probably the hotels fault, but that coupled with the sex workers made me wish I was somewhere else. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel as there are other options not that far away and the borders of Sao Paulo are also not far. Osasco seems fairly easy to get around via taxi and I could have stayed somewhere else nicer a bit farther away.
