The restaurant is called Sal de Marand it is open daily from 11.00 am to 11.00 pm. It is modern design restaurant connected with stylish lobby bar. One of the parts of the restaurant is a VIP Lounge with possibility of closed meetings up to 12 people. The Chef Petr Zu?ek who is the leader of the kitchen gained his experience in Great Britain where he worked for seven years for such companies as Intercontinental or Marriott. He spent the last two years there as a Sous Chef in Penny Hill Park hotel whose restaurant was awarded with a Michelin star. Other members of our kitchen staff participated in various trainings abroad too and they are trained in the field of modern gastronomy on a regular basis.
