Este hotel se encuentra a 5 minutos del centro financiero y comercial de Santa Fe. La Universidad de América Latina, internacionalmente famosa, está a solo unos pasos del hotel. El Paseo de la Reforma dista 9 km y, allí, podrá visitar el Museo de Antropología, el Castillo de Chapultepec y el Teatro Nacional. A 2 km encontrará tiendas y, a 4 km, paradas de transporte público. “Excellent Staff and Nice Experience!”

I stayed in the corner suite in May 2021. The Suite was spacious, had a living room with TV and Sofas, a dining table and Fridge and an excellent work station with plugs. The living was was really Big! The Wifi was strong and stable and was fast: which is what I needed. The Bedroom was big as well, with a King Bed and had a small anteroom to store luggage and stuff. The bathroom was large, comfortable. It was clean and well appointed. The rate was acceptable, and daily hot breakfast was included in it. Criossants, omelette, fruits and juice. Sometimes they had cookies too. Quite nice. Oh and evening snacks was included in the rate, including beer or red wine! We had also booked another attached bedroom, which was standard in size, clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful from the get go. Reception staff spoke English. First off, I'd like to mention Tanya at the reception, who was excellent. She was always helpful with any requests we had. She even ordered food from the local delivery service on her app so that we can order food. And we paid her back in cash. I've never seen anyone do that for us before! I appreciate that, Tanya and Muchas Gracias! Gabriella at the guest help line was good. She even honored our request to have a Microwave in the suite, as we were staying for 2 weeks. Thank you very much! The location is near a 7/11. There were also near some restaurants, but they need a 10-15 minute walk, which isnt easy for the first few days in Mexico City due to the altitude. A laundry was very near too. The concierge Miguel was helpful to us, arranging for hiring cars to go to the centro and also the pyramids. Miguel spoke good English as well. The only aspect that could be improved is that the restaurant staff don't understand English. Even though I spoke some Spanish, it might be difficult for English speakers to communicate. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Just remember to repeat the rate fixed with the local car hires before starting the journey.

“Very nice hotel in a nice area”

Hotel staff is very kind and willing to help, they make an effort to make you feel at home. Rooms was big and looked like a bedroom and a living room and they were well decorated. “Very nice rooms and friendly service ”

Although it is a huge chain hotel, you do not notice it. You will be treated warmly and with friendliness. Rooms are really spacious and nicely done. Breakfast is not a fantastic buffet but is good enough.
