Deluxe room: The furnishings and accessories in the Deluxe Rooms have been designed in order to integrate modern technology with the soft, elegant ambience of a bygone era. The sumptuous damasks on the walls in shades of red, green, or beige have been renewed along with the luxurious carpets and curtains. Empire or Biedermeier style furniture, velvet covered chairs and Bohemia chandeliers add to the opulence. The result is an old-world atmosphere modernized by thermostatically controlled heat and air conditioning, TV with international programs via satellite, voltage 220V, mini-bar, and safe deposit box. The Italian marble bathroom has a bath with incorporated shower and bidet. Grand Deluxe room: Velvet covered chairs and rich damask patterns in red, green, or beige on the wall upholstery and bedding create a luxurious ambience in these comfortable accommodations. All the rooms have Bohemian chandeliers, Empire or Biedermeier style furniture, soft carpets on the floor, elaborate ceilings engraved with golden designs, and one king or two twin Heavenly Beds®. The bathroom is in Italian polychrome marble and offers all of the expected comforts and Westin bath amenities. Rooms can be connected, on request, with another Grandluxe Room.

The flavors are the lighter side of Mediterranean ? pumpkin ravioli with shrimp sauce, Catalan lobster, beef with Patanegra ham. Our Chef, James Foglieni, is glad to invite you to the Doney Restaurant. A grand buffet is available for lunch and an à la carte menu both for lunch and dinner. Both feature Mediterranean Cuisine, based on fresh, light products, such as fresh pasta, vegetables or fish. Among the dishes, we would like to recommend: ravioli pasta with pumpkin with shrimp sauce, typical Gragnano?s pasta with asparagus and bottarga (dried fish eggs), tuna with potatoes crust, millefeuille of Catalan lobster, beef fillet with Patanegra ham, celery and parmesan cheese, crème brulée with berries, crispy millefeuille with chocolate flakes and wild strawberries. For Sunday brunch, from 12.30 to 15.30, the Doney proposes tidbit dishes accompanied by oysters and the finest glass of Perrier-Jouet champagne. Starting in middle March, you will enjoy live jazz music with the Sunday Jazz Lunch @ Doney, which will accompany Sunday brunch. A duo group, made up of piano and voice will offer an international repertoire, creating a relaxing and ideal atmosphere to spend Sunday in a different way. H club>doney: Through an accurate restyling, the h club reinvents its image for the new millennium.
