This has truly been a home away from home for my wife and me during our stay. The hotel itself is peaceful, well organized, and very comfortable. Our double room was cozy, clean, and perfect for resting after long days. One of the things we appreciated most was the excellent shuttle service to the Haram, which made everything smooth and stress-free. What really made our stay special, however, was the people. A special thank you to Abdulmajeed, the barista, who genuinely made us feel cozy and welcome every day. His coffee was excellent, and he always greeted us warmly. Whenever we had questions about local rules or needed guidance about the area, he was always happy to help and point us in the right direction. Parvez Hossain from the concierge was also incredibly helpful whenever we needed assistance. Whether it was directions or general information about the area, he was always patient and willing to guide us. We were also very grateful to Yusuf from housekeeping, who took great care of our room and always made sure everything was clean and comfortable. His effort and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It’s rare to stay somewhere where the staff genuinely make you feel looked after. Because of them, this hotel felt less like accommodation and more like a welcoming place to return to every day. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Makkah. I would happily stay here again.

Amazing hotel with exceptional service and incredibly friendly staff. I’m honestly surprised this is rated as a 4-star hotel — it truly feels like a 5-star experience. I would especially like to thank Fares and Burkan at the front desk. They were very kind, generous, and polite, and helped us with everything we needed. Their professionalism and warm attitude made our stay even more special. My mother and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. The food buffet was clean, well-organized, and offered a wide variety of delicious options. Mashallah, everything exceeded our expectation. This hotel truly deserves a 5-star rating فندق رائع بخدمة استثنائية وطاقم عمل ودود للغاية. بصراحة، أنا مندهش من تصنيفه كفندق أربع نجوم، فهو يوفر تجربة فندق خمس نجوم بكل معنى الكلمة. أودّ أن أخصّ بالشكر فارس وبركان في مكتب الاستقبال. لقد كانا في غاية اللطف والكرم والتهذيب، وقدّما لنا كل ما احتجنا إليه. لقد جعلت مهنيتهما وحسن تعاملهما إقامتنا مميزة للغاية. لم نكن أنا ووالدتي لنختار مكانًا أفضل. كان بوفيه الطعام نظيفًا ومنظمًا بشكل ممتاز، ويضمّ تشكيلة واسعة من الخيارات الشهية. ما شاء الله، فاق كل شيء توقعاتنا. هذا الفندق يستحق بجدارة تصنيف خمس نجوم.

Great experience at DoubleTree by Hilton Al Aziziyah. Very clean hotel with a relaxing atmosphere. Special thanks to Saud at reception for his outstanding service, kindness, and professionalism. He made everything easy and pleasant. Highly recommended and I will surely return again.

Doubletree by Hilton Makkah Aziziya, is a newly opened Hilton hotel in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. A great welcome and easy check-in by Mr Almalky and Ms Al Jawhara. The suite was clean and well prepared. Thanks to Mr Waleed and Mr Ashraf, the house keeping supervisors for following up to reach guest satisfaction. The daily house keeper Mohamed Soliman was very good. Special thanks for Mr Wassim and chef Naeem from the all-day-dining restaurant for their excellent welcome and hospitality. Two issues need to be considered to improve guest experience: the internet quality and the bus drivers adherence to the printed schedule.
