My family and I needed accommodations (4 adults plus a 5 year old) for up to 4 weeks. We had to vacate our other hotel (10 days in) due to a previous booking for the weekend. I phoned the Hampton by Hilton to inquire about short notice availability and booked 2 rooms (not realizing they had Adjoining rooms available). I stopped by and spoke with Mr. Gautam (Mr. G) and Ms. Bhumika (Ms. B) who said that YES they do have adjoining rooms. Ms. B took me upstairs to show me the layout and I was quite pleased. The staff (management) were so very accommodating to us. Always smiling and ensuring that everything was okay with our rooms etc., always making us feel comfortable and at home. Mr. Bhargav (Mr. B) in housekeeping would ask if our rooms needed anything else and he would make sure we got what we requested. Mrs. S (Cafeteria) was very friendly and would always make time for a quick hello. Princess Fiona (my granddaughter) loves her ❤️. Mr. Gautam (Mr. G) was always helpful and making sure that everything was okay. Harry, at front desk, (when we had to extend our stay again), he was very accommodating to us. He was also ready to carry on a conversation, if you wanted to chat, even if not related to Hotel business. Tiffany (Ms. T) was always smiling and made sure I had my Morning Coffee to go. Ms. Pelaviv (Ms. P) was also very friendly and understood our situation while extending our stay again and again. All the staff, including Mr. G, Harry, Mr. B, Ms. B, Ms. P, Mrs. S were so very friendly and they accommodated us in any way they could. They made us feel as if we were family and that we mattered. Parking lot was very clean and spacious. The building inside was very clean and well maintained. Cafeteria was well looked after. We especially liked the idea of the different styles of tables available to clients, 2-seater tables, 4-seater tables, High Bench Table & Chairs, different styles of booths. Televisions, Electrical outlets and phone charging stations at most tables. Outside table and chairs with umbrella if you wanted to sit outside. Used the Fitness Area, Swimming Pool and Laundry Facilities. NOTE: The Bathtubs are Short Senior approved (Low bathtubs)😃 There was a weekend with some unruly guests and this was dealt with immediately by Management. Management apologized to us for these guests.

We had the best experience at this lovely hotel… after being on the road travelling for a few weeks we found this to be the best hotel we stayed at along the way. The service was absolutely amazing, such a great team, everyone was very helpful and super helpful, room was very clean, beds were very comfy and pillows were great… also very quiet as far as hotels go, like very quiet which is rare. Also a big feature was the monora forest and trails that was a 2 minute walk from the hotel. We loved getting up and waking straight into the beautiful 40 acre forest and trail system. Such a treat and the first hotel in our travels that we actually got some sleep. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for clean, comfortable piece and quiet… thank you to the entire team for a great stay.

“Great wedding stay!”

Stayed here the evening of our wedding. They were very accommodating and helped us with a block booking. The staff were very nice, and gave us a lovely gift.
