Checked in for one night while dropping off a college kid. This hotel is very new since the beginning of the year. Everything is clean and well kept. Front desk staff, including Gretchen are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious, the beds are new And were comfortable. There is free breakfast. And rooms have a full-size refrigerator sink in dishwasher, you can get a hot plate griddle from the front desk if you’d like to cook anything in your room. Breakfast is a typical hotel breakfast. They had to build your own breakfast sandwich bar. The yogurt machine was out of order so there was no option for yogurt. And not much options for fruit available. Our only area of concern was that the thermostat does not go below 68°. The room was very warm during the night. That will not deter us from staying here again if we come to visit our college kid .

Staff friendly and professional, room clean, comfortable, with great amenities. Clearly a new hotel. Overall great stay. Staff friendly and professional, room clean, comfortable, with great amenities. Clearly a new hotel. Overall great stay. I was here for only 2 nights but would easily find this a comfortable enough space for a much longer term stay. Breakfast options were plentiful, appreciated the 24/7 coffee, tea, water. As a Hilton diamond member who spends more than 150 nights a year in hotels, this one is at the top of my list!

“Great stay at a clean & quiet new hotel. Highly recommend.”

As others have mentioned, this is a new hotel. When I travel I’m looking to stay in a clean hotel in a safe area that’s quiet so I can get a good nights sleep. This hotel checked all of those boxes. As others have mentioned, this is a new hotel. When I travel I’m looking to stay in a clean hotel in a safe area that’s quiet so I can get a good nights sleep. This hotel checked all of those boxes. I was able to check in online on the morning of my stay & chose a room at the far end of the hall (away from the elevators & ice machine) on the top floor. I never heard any noise all night long apart from the rain hitting the window. I wish all hotels were this quiet. The room was immaculate, it had a kitchenette with full size refrigerator as well as a microwave. The bathroom was well lit and the water pressure was good. I only encountered one staff member who was very friendly and helpful. Hands down I’d stay here again if I’m ever back in town.

“Customer Service Lacking”

Brand New Hotel… so new you could still smell the paint. Very clean (it is brand new). Not impressed by front desk. Josh did not acknowledge my Hilton status, no water bottles were given as part of my status. I was having a hard time locating my id (my fault) but Josh was unhelpful & basically told me I could not check in without it which I found hilarious since at most Hilton properties I can skip the front desk entirely with my digital key. For some reason this reservation was not linking to my app… maybe because the hotel is brand new. I will continue to be loyal to Hilton but customer service was lacking. I did not feel welcome which is not what I am accustomed to at other properties.
