“Fast service”
Such an excellent experience! When it's holiday season and crowded at the loby, but when it comes to our turn to check in, we just all set! Great services! The room is also spacious and clean!

“It was worthed stayed at GINO even getting better compared to last year stay”
The receptionist service during check-in was very good, fast, and friendly. The maintenance team worked quickly when there was a problem with the shower. “One of the best in Cianjur”
Nice business hotel, clean and silent. Staff is very good, restaurant we tried only the breakfast (that is OK). For a permanence in Cianjur, it is much better to stay here that going up and down from Puncak or Cipanas from their turistic resorts. We will come back.
