“Amazing Hotel and extremely large suites”
First time visiting Ottawa, and booked under the Ottawa Tourism special. Check in was quick and our room was ready early. Staff at the hotel were incredible friendly and helpful. “Clean, spacious, comfortable”
We stayed at the Albert at Bay Suite Hotel for a get-away in early August and couldn't have been happier. We found everyone to be helpful and informative, starting with the friendly booking experience with Bernadette M. The suites are spacious, making you feel you're in your own little apartment.... Más

“Huge suites.”
The suites are realy huge. Thick walls.Very quite. The hotel is excellent for families and businessmen, for a long stay. It looks like apartments in an residential building. You can cook at the kitchen.

“Business trip to Ottawa”
Very clean room, kitchen, and bathroom. Have stayed here in the past and would do so again. Unfortunately, the location is a little far from downtown, but since this was a business trip, the location was ideally suited for accessing the client.
